Hi, I'm Sally Webb

Sally is a fun loving, firecracker, thriving in the second half of her life. She lives every day intentionally creating her world with integrity and authenticity. She is an open book and wears her heart on her sleeve. Born in Yorkshire, England, she is a straight talker, calling people up not out, she has a massive heart for the land and loves the rural lifestyle.

She married Kevin Webb in 2018 and they live in the beautiful Hawke’s Bay, known as the “fruit bowl of New Zealand” with their dog, Thunder. Sally has a son William, daughter Annabel and step-son Brendan, who have all left home and are carving their own unique paths with purpose, passion and great success.

Sally has sung for royalty in her time, and now enjoys her role as backing vocals in Redemption Point Church’s worship band. She loves walking the dog while listening to books and her friend’s latest podcasts, plays tennis aerobics and hangs out with Pete in the Strength Rooms for her physical fitness.

Sally is a motivator, connector and gatherer. She loves bringing like-minded people together in Master’s Minds, small groups and events. She ignites the fire within and gets people moving. “Out with the old and in with the new” is her gift. Her capacity to declutter hearts, minds and physical spaces is next level, clearing the surfaces, to awaken fulfilment and radiate the beauty within.

What does Sally J Webb do?

I am straight up, a fast action taker and deeply connected spiritually and relationally. I have a BIG heart. I love life, have a powerful faith, am an author, entrepreneur, wife, mother, home engineer and a firecracker. I am a pioneer in the Personal Alignment and L.I.F.E. space, where lived experience, science and scripture come together as one, bringing deep revelation and understanding to those I work with.

I help people discover their true North Star, through decluttering, coaching and mentoring. Helping them find their why and purpose, showing them how to tap into their intrinsic motivation, awakening fulfilment. Placing the keys to happiness firmly in someone’s hands is absolute gold. Giving them the tools, toolbox and handbook to successfully navigate their way through any turbulence in their life so they can reach their desired destination and enjoy the journey along the way is a true gift.

I am a movement maker. I love to see people I work with take-off on their runway in the right direction for them, with the right people at the right time and new luggage. Their old baggage is left behind at the terminal, along with their past. They are truly free to be in the incredible, unstoppable, amazing person they were created to be.

I passionately believe each one of us is uniquely designed to be brilliant. That together everyone achieves more and when we stop competing and comparing and start collaborating, working together towards a common goal, our whole worlds change. I became a woman of faith when I was 48 years old. I had spent that time, searching for my why, purpose and the meaning to L.I.F.E. The day I crossed over, was the day my world opened up and peace, love, joy, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness and self-control started to reign over shame, guilt, should, regret, anxiety, stress, worry, fear of failure and not being good enough. This Great Exchange has been a true blessing to me. I believe my North Star is to pass the good stuff on, to take out the confusion, frustration and exhaustion of life and exchange it for the peace, rest and brilliance that is the treasure within each of us.

I believe L.I.F.E. is for living. Living a life fulfilled not a life filled full. In the words of Abraham Lincoln “And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.”
