1. Where are you seeing yourself coming from L.O.V.E, working with intrinsic motivation, that freedom to motivation, where everything just flows almost effortlessly.
2. Where are you seeing yourself coming from F.E.A.R. working from pain or extrinsic motivation i.e. freedom from, where everything is a push or an effort.
3. Where do you need to take responsibility to flip from the dreaded drama triangle (victim, persecutor, rescuer) to The Empowerment Dynamic (creator, challenger, coach).
✅ Sally’s suggestions:
1. Write down as many things that bring you joy…and start doing them.
2. Write down all the things you are grateful for or you have achieved in your day.
3. Give yourself half an hour each evening to love on yourself…ie make your lunch, lay out your clothes and write your 1-3 important before urgent things to do for tomorrow.
