Hi I'm Sally Webb
I am a firecracker, L.I.F.E. and Alignment Coach. I walk with people on their journey of adventure and discovery, taking them from where they are now to where they want to be.

I am intentional and inspirational, living my best L.I.F.E. full of Love. Freedom. Insight and Engagement. I have ridden many storms in my 50+ years and always come out on top. I am in the business of L.I.F.E. not the busyness of life. I have travelled the world, made some monumental mistakes and learned from every experience.
When Nelson Mandela said “I either win or I learn”. He was absolutely right.

I have spent 40 years growing people, empowering them to become the best version of themselves and encouraging them to live their best L.I.F.E. We live forwards and measure backwards and it is so interesting looking back, as my problems are now my promise. I started growing people at the age of 13, literally giving them a “leg up” to get on a horse or pony and teaching them how to take the reins, work together and enjoy the experience. I have been giving people a ‘leg up’ ever since.
The joy for me is that I have lived life, one full of ups and downs, of obstacles and challenges and I have overcome and come out clean on the other side. As a child I always wanted world peace. While I do not have authority over the whole world, I do have authority over my world, which is full of peace, love and joy every day, regardless of circumstances.
I believe every person is uniquely designed to be brilliant, that there is something each one of us can do that no one else can do. I believe we are meant to fit together not fit in, where we bring our brilliance and add it to others brilliance to achieve even more. L.I.F.E. for me is about collaboration not competition. It is about T.E.A.M. Together Everyone Achieves More. My life and every client I work with is evidence of this. We all go from glory to glory, many of us achieving more than we could ever have dreamed of or imagined was possible.
As a Firecracker, L.I.F.E. and Alignment Coach. I am as I am. What you see is what you get and there is nothing hidden. I spent 30+ years trying to find myself, find my true purpose and why? And 7 years intentionally leaning into this, turning my upside down world the right way up. My purpose in L.I.F.E. is to pass the baton on, so you too can win and enjoy this wonderful journey of adventure and discovery we call L.I.F.E.
