#2 Yes to better and no to bitter

Updated: Apr 25, 2022

Oh my goodness, I really encourage you to say no to bitterness, to unforgiveness, to holding onto hate, rejection, hurt, anger, whatever it might be for you. It stops us growing and keeps us trapped in negativity, hate and fear. I love Joyce Meyer’s quote “unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die”. Bitterness is a toxic emotion that sits and festers, growing day by day without us being aware of it…it is like a slow, silent death.

I really encourage you to say yes to being better, to forgiveness, healing, to facing the bitterness, dealing with it, knocking it’s legs of and being better for it. When we get to the root cause, see it for what it really is, we can do as Dr Caroline Leaf recommends, we can deconstruct and then reconstruct. And when we reconstruct in Truth and Love we are truly better, healed and free, free to be who we are born to be with nothing to hold us back.
