#26 Yes to respect and no to disrespect

Updated: Apr 25, 2022

Say yes to respecting yourself, to declaring only good, kind, encouraging and uplifting words over yourself and others. When we do this, we literally programme our mind to go in the direction of our words, as what you focus on expands.

Say no to disrespecting yourself and others. Say no to putting others down with your words and actions, no to being unkind, unhelpful and ungrateful. It makes us feel awful from the inside out….which then makes others feel bad from the outside in.

I encourage you to say yes to respecting and loving yourself and all those around you. It is something you can choose and be intentional about. It has changed my thinking and changed my life monumentally for good and I flourish every day.
