#23 Yes to self-control and no to laziness

Updated: Apr 25, 2022

Oh my goodness, this one is a cracker. Saying yes to self control, means being fully responsible for your actions. Overcoming laziness to bounce out of bed in a morning and do what I said I would do …. This morning I said yes to self-control, went to the gym, did my work out and felt awesome for just doing what I said I would do. 🎉 Every time I step out in faith, taking captive every thought and keep my eyes firmly fixed on where I want to go and what I want to achieve I win every day.

So I encourage you today to say no to laziness, I have always looked for the easy life, for the line of least resistance, and I always feel worse for letting this be the lie I believe. I encourage you to plan your days, weeks, months and then take control of that fabulous brain you have, keep your eyes on your prize and do the things that bring you joy and make you feel good from the inside out. Be a winner every day.

And if you want to be a winner every day….I encourage you to start with Sally’s Supernatural Steps to Success…to register for this free 12 day challenge, contact sally@inspiringperspectives.co.nz and enjoy a whole new world of thinking through an inspiring perspective.
